This website outlines details about our proposal for up to 350 high-quality new homes and a site for a new primary school on land west of Tickow Lane, on the western edge of Shepshed.

Our proposal is for an attractive development which has been carefully designed to respect the character of the local area and the existing residential homes to the east of the site. We know Shepshed well and residents will know us from our Buttercup Fields development nearby.

Following a consultation in spring 2022, our planning application has now been submitted. This is currently awaiting validation by Charnwood Borough Council, which we expect to happen in early July. You will then be able to comment as part of the council's statutory consultation process.
