William Davis Homes is a respected, family-owned Loughborough based business and ranks as one of the highest 5-star builders under the Home Builders Federation scheme for customer satisfaction.

We directly employ around 400 people, and our highly successful apprenticeship programme has gained national recognition for developing exceptional apprentices.

Our work has always been underpinned by strong family values. The quality of our building, landscaping, designs, and customer service has all received national and regional awards. Our site managers have also won numerous awards for their site management, leadership and technical expertise.
