The site is located to the west of Tickow Lane, Shepshed and is highlighted in red on the map opposite.

The site is allocated for development in the draft Charnwood Local Plan and is well located in terms of its proximity to local services and facilities within the area.

 

We are working closely with Charnwood Borough Council to ensure that the proposal will deliver a sustainable and high-quality new neighbourhood for Shepshed and help to meet Charnwood’s housing needs.
